Video ini sebenarnya bukan original version, dalam artian bukanlah video resmi yang dikeluarkan oleh Matisyahu untuk mengenang tragedi 25/10/09 - penyerangan polisi Israel terhadap warga Palestina di Masjidil Aqsha.

Video Matisyahu - "One Day" [Peace for Gaza] ini saya buat sendiri, hasil edit dan tempel dari 3 video. Mudah-mudahan tidak ada pihak yang merasa dirugikan dan marah, karna ini semua untuk perdamaian bumi Palestina dan Israel.

I didn't shoot any of the footage, they're just bits and pieces I found lying around. Clearly I don't own any of the rights to this footage but there is no copyright intended - it's just all in the name of peace and love.

Saya harus membuat video ini karna saya sngat kesal dengan Matisyahu. Matisyahu adalah musisi reggae - sebuah genre musik yg sangat identik dengan "cinta damai" - tapi kenapa ketika tragedi 25/10/09 di Masjidil Aqsha dia tidak mengeluarkan statement apapun??

Sikapnya berbeda terhadap tragedi yg menimpa Burma. Matisyahu bukan saja memberikan statement, dia bahkan ikut terlibat dalam pembuatan video klip Kampanye untuk kebebasan Burma - Free Burma Campaign dengan lagu "I Will Be Light" dari album terbarunya "Light".

Saya coba cari-cari di internet, tapi memang tidak ada satu pun topik yg berkaitan dengan "Matisyahu dan Perdamaian di GAZA". Atau mungkin saya yang kurang info?? Mungkin ada diantara kalian yang bisa menunjukan pada saya, saya akan sangat berterima kasih.

Saya takut Matisyahu mempunyai double standard terhadap "Cinta Damai", mudah2an saja hal itu tidak benar. Saya berharap Matisyahu melihat video yang saya buat dan dia concern terhadap konflik Israel dan Palestina. Thanks.
